DAY 1
•    FLIM theory lecture
•    Hands-on A – FLIM microscopy: CarboTag-BDP cell wall staining, imaging, analysis and presentation (Abberior Mirava Polyscope) across plant samples (Arabidopsis, moss, BY-2 suspension cells)
•    Hands-on B – PlantWallK: inventory strategy & building

DAY 2
•    Hands-on sessions A and B continue
•    Wrap-up and concluding remarks
