What do we offer?

The Welcome Office supports all new employees and students at IEB, whether you are joining us from abroad or from the Czech Republic. Our mission is to ensure your start at the institute is as smooth as possible.

We assist with administrative matters related to employment contracts, relocation to the Czech Republic, and obligations to Czech authorities. For our international colleagues, we provide support with residence permits and their extensions, reporting changes to the Ministry of the Interior, advice on health insurance, and other practical matters.

For Czech colleagues, we offer clear information about HR processes, employment obligations, and practical tips to help you orient yourself within the institute.
